Duplex Stainless Steel S31803 (commonly known as 2205 Duplex) is a ferritic austenitic stainless steel designed for industries that need high strength, chloride resistance, and long-term durability.
It contains approximately 22% Chromium, 5–6% Nickel, 3% Molybdenum, and Nitrogen, which boosts its pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion cracking resistance far beyond conventional stainless steels like 304 and 316.
At Moksh Tubes & Fittings LLP, we supply S31803 in multiple forms including pipes, tubes, sheets, plates, coils, bars, fittings, flanges, and custom-forged components.
With its superior mechanical strength, Duplex S31803 is used in oil & gas, desalination, marine engineering, chemical processing, pulp & paper, and structural applications. All materials are supplied with EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 MTC, ensuring complete traceability and compliance.
